Director of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and lead enterprise-wide cyber risk governance, regulatory compliance strategy, and board-level risk reporting.
• Establish and maintain the cybersecurity governance framework, including policies, standards, and risk taxonomy.
• Define and operationalize the enterprise cyber risk management program, covering identification, assessment, and escalation.
• Lead the global cybersecurity compliance strategy to ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Provide senior oversight of cybersecurity audits, assessments, and assurance activities.
• Govern cyber supply-chain and third-party risk management processes.
• Build, lead, and mentor the Security GRC team.
• Partner with regional business and technology leaders to address localized risks in manufacturing and operational technology (OT) environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or enterprise risk management.
• 7+ years of experience leading and building GRC, risk, or compliance functions within complex, global organizations.
• Demonstrated experience operating in regulated, asset-intensive, or manufacturing-centric environments.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, specifically NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• CISSP or CISM certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (e.g., MBA or MS in Information Security/Risk Management).
• CRISC, CGEIT, or similar risk-focused certifications.
