Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security and IT governance, risk and compliance (GRC) for TwiningsOvO
• Own the business’s security posture and IT control environment
• Act as the senior security point of contact into the ABF Group CISO function
• Operationalise Group security standards within TwiningsOvO
• Manage the cyber risk posture and the cyber risk register
• Oversee IT GRC including control frameworks, ITGCs, and continuous compliance
• Ensure security-by-design across BizTX delivery including S/4HANA RISE, AI, and cloud integrations
• Manage third-party, SaaS, and AMS security and privacy risk assessments
• Coordinate local security incidents and escalate to the Group
• Drive security awareness and culture within the business

Requirements

• Experience leading cyber security and IT GRC functions
• Ability to operationalise security standards within a complex business environment
• Experience with IT general controls (ITGCs) and audit remediation
• Knowledge of security-by-design principles for cloud, data, and AI
• Strong ability to influence and partner across a divisional leadership team
