Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to oversee strategic accounts and enterprise growth
  • Partner with Sales on onboarding, renewals, expansions, and customer health
  • Oversee high-volume customer success and technical support operations across email and chat
  • Increase the use of AI, automation, and tooling to improve team efficiency
  • Drive customer feedback loops to ensure insights are incorporated into product planning
  • Develop operational reporting and data analysis to identify trends and customer risks

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, support, or account management leadership
  • Experience leading teams in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of scaling customer-facing teams in high-growth companies
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience managing technical support or product support organizations
  • Ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth teams
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding, enablement, retention, and expansion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
