Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to oversee strategic accounts and enterprise growth
- Partner with Sales on onboarding, renewals, expansions, and customer health
- Oversee high-volume customer success and technical support operations across email and chat
- Increase the use of AI, automation, and tooling to improve team efficiency
- Drive customer feedback loops to ensure insights are incorporated into product planning
- Develop operational reporting and data analysis to identify trends and customer risks
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, support, or account management leadership
- Experience leading teams in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of scaling customer-facing teams in high-growth companies
- Strong operational and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience managing technical support or product support organizations
- Ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth teams
- Experience with SaaS onboarding, enablement, retention, and expansion
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
