About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer success experience throughout the entire lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, and expansion.
  • Manage relationships with key strategic enterprise accounts to ensure long-term success and retention.
  • Develop detailed account plans with customer-specific goals and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead onboarding project schedules, including requirements analysis, priority negotiation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Partner with operational leaders to maximize customer results and minimize client escalations.
  • Work with technology partners to deliver integrations with EMR, EHR, RIS, LIS, and other healthcare platforms.
  • Communicate the value of Infinx solutions using a data-driven, "dollars and cents" approach.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing or client services role requiring deep product knowledge.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic enterprise accounts and identifying growth opportunities within an existing client base.
  • Deep expertise in the healthcare revenue cycle, specifically in at least two areas: patient access, coding, AR recovery, denials management, charge capture/bad debt, or prior authorization.
  • High competency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on structured, data-driven results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience building trust in executive-level relationships.
