About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own RZR's CTV publisher partnerships end-to-end, including outreach, relationship management, and long-term supply strategy
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive CTV supply strategy, identifying gaps and prioritizing publishers
  • Lead contract negotiations with new and existing partners, managing redlines and driving deals to close
  • Assess and evaluate new partner verticals such as ad servers, data partners, and PMPs
  • Provide operational redundancy for the Head of Global Partnerships across active deals and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, product, and sales to move agreements forward
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners, tracking outreach status and negotiation stages

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including supply chain dynamics, publisher monetization models, and programmatic ad serving
  • Proven ability to own a partnership vertical independently from outreach through negotiation to close
  • Strong contract negotiation skills with experience managing redlines and driving deals to execution
  • Excellent communication skills to represent RZR credibly with senior external partners
  • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, sales, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with CTV publishers, ad servers, or data partners
  • Experience evaluating and onboarding new partner verticals such as PMPs, data partnerships, and ad server integrations
