Director of Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Partner with the C-Suite and senior leadership to define and execute corporate, divisional, and functional strategies
• Translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and actionable priorities
• Own and drive Front Row’s operating cadence, including annual planning, strategic priorities, and OKRs
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through execution
• Lead executive-level communications, including board materials and strategy updates

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting
• 2+ years in management consulting
• 2+ years in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong business acumen with understanding of financial and operational drivers
• Based in New York or willing to relocate

• Experience in consumer brands, ecommerce, marketplaces, or agency environments
