Director of Corporate Partnerships & Employer Relations

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and stewardship of corporate and employer partnerships to support internships and workforce pipelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Falk College regarding industry engagement and talent development.
• Provide strategic oversight for experiential learning delivery, ensuring equitable access and consistent processes across programs.
• Supervise Internship Placement Coordinators and the Industry Relations & Career Services Manager, providing direction and performance management.
• Collaborate with institutional partners to align external outreach with university partnership policies and priorities.
• Maintain a limited advising caseload focused on career-aligned academic planning and internship readiness.
• Assess participation and outcomes to support continuous improvement and reporting to college leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in increasingly responsible positions within business, nonprofit, government, or higher education.
• Proven expertise in relationship building and interpersonal communication.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and the ability to lead teams.
• Strong organizational and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the college’s disciplines or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience specifically within higher education, nonprofit, or the sport industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate or alumni relations.
• Experience mentoring or advising college students regarding career development.
