Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Zip's consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
• Own the monthly and quarterly financial close process in partnership with Accounting
• Build and maintain board- and investor-ready financial packages
• Own Zip's 13-week and long-term cash flow model
• Lead Zip's annual operating plan (AOP) process end-to-end
• Drive the quarterly re-forecast process
• Develop and maintain Zip's 3-5 year financial model
• Serve as the dedicated finance business partner to HR and People Operations
• Partner with Zip's Real Estate team on office portfolio strategy and lease modeling

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or corporate finance at a high-growth tech company
• Deep expertise in three-statement financial modeling
• Experience owning annual planning and long-range financial planning processes
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics
• Exceptional communication skills for executive and board audiences
• Proficiency with financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with G&A functions like HR or Real Estate
• Experience with SQL
