About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full P&L, sales plan development, forecasting, and budget to ensure profitable growth
- Lead and support a team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Warehouse associates
- Set goals, communicate expectations, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Manage the Southeast Distribution Center and ensure proper utilization of team resources
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to deploy effective solutions and action plans
- Collaborate with internal leadership to support overall company objectives and corporate goals
- Drive sales growth and new business development to exceed objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience with P&L responsibility and budget forecasting
- Strong background in sales plan development and exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and complex problem-solving
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
