About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Cost Managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
  • Oversee client communications and manage the strategic and operational aspects of Cost Management Services.
  • Drive business growth through proactive business development, market research, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage financial performance, including tracking revenue, margins, and resource requirements for commissions.
  • Prepare proposals and RFP responses for new clients and projects.
  • Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO audits.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to create a pipeline of opportunities with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performing cost management teams in a consulting environment.
  • Proven business development acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
  • Extensive experience in major construction sectors such as commercial real estate, data centers, or life sciences.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
