Director of Construction

Responsibilities

• Own construction strategy and execution for all reactor deployment sites
• Drive projects to completion on aggressive timelines while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Partner with design engineering to ensure site requirements and constructability are incorporated early
• Oversee civil, EPC, and construction subcontractors to ensure performance and cost control
• Build and scale a high-performing internal construction and field operations team

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction management or large-scale project execution
• Experience managing contractors or subcontractors across multiple sites
• Strong understanding of civil works, site development, and construction systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy, industrial, or mission-critical construction
• Direct experience with nuclear site construction or nuclear-adjacent infrastructure
• Familiarity with DOE, DoD, or NRC regulated project environments
