Director of Community Experiences and Wellness Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with students to deepen involvement in Jewish life
• Create strategies to infuse a well-being framework into Jewish life experiences
• Design proactive, skills-building wellness initiatives such as reflective arts workshops and creative rituals
• Provide staff training and consultation to equip the team with student support and referral skills
• Assess student and community wellness needs to ensure responsive programming
• Participate in the Hillel professional team, including rotational coverage for Shabbat and major holidays

Requirements

• Graduate-level degree in social work, public health, or a related field
• 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in a community-based setting
• Commitment to Jewish pluralism and creating inclusive spaces
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience empowering college students to promote well-being
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with external partners
