Director of Commercial Excellence

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and North America Leadership Team to translate performance into actionable insights.
• Design, build, and improve the commercial operating system, including operating cadences, executive dashboards, and KPIs.
• Lead commercial forecasting, demand planning, and annual business planning across North America.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to align commercial demand with inventory readiness and product launches.
• Evaluate performance across multiple channels including DTC, Amazon, Retail, and B2B.
• Lead commercial operations and enablement to ensure systems, CRM platforms, and processes support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Operations, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience influencing executive decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Ability to independently build complex financial models and scenario analyses.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Experience analyzing performance across multi-channel commercial environments (DTC, Retail, Amazon, or B2B).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced business degree.
• Experience in consumer technology, hardware, SaaS, or high-growth ecommerce businesses.
• Experience serving as a strategic partner to a General Manager or Business Unit Leader.
• Proficiency leveraging CRM, ERP, and analytical tools to drive business performance.
• Experience using AI and automation to enhance business insights and forecasting.
