Director of Commercial Construction & Business Development

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial construction operations for the Waukesha market
• Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for the commercial construction division
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, brokers, and commercial clients
• Identify new project opportunities and strategic partnerships

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction leadership experience
• Experience leading commercial remodeling, renovation, reconstruction, or tenant improvement projects
• Previous experience in a Director of Construction, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager role
• Proven experience managing field teams and project managers
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within restoration, reconstruction, or insurance-related commercial construction
• Existing relationships within the Wisconsin commercial construction market
• Experience scaling construction operations and implementing processes
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business

Benefits

• Base Salary: $115,000 - $140,000
