About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting critical co-mineral customers
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer adoption of Electra’s products
- Own and manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance tracking through CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives within the sector
- Lead complex negotiations and secure high-value, strategic contracts
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies
- Provide actionable market insights to inform product development and commercial strategy
- Represent Electra at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through coaching and active leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience
- Experience within the industrial, steel, mining, or clean technology sectors
- Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder industrial markets
- Strong CRM utilization skills for pipeline management
- Ability to travel 25–50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
- Experience in strategic planning, marketing, or mergers and acquisitions
- MBA or advanced related degree
- Proficiency in additional languages
