Director of Clinical Quality Improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate Quality and Performance Improvement (QA/PI) activities hospital-wide
• Directly manage and mentor Quality/PI department staff and operational infrastructure
• Validate and report crucial data points to optimize clinical outcomes
• Ensure continuous organization-wide survey readiness and act as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies such as The Joint Commission and CMS
• Partner with Medical Staff to align quality goals with evidence-based practices
• Maintain strict adherence to all HIPAA policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in a patient-care related field
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• 5 to 7+ years of dedicated QA/PI experience in a healthcare environment
• Proven healthcare management and leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CPHQ designation (or eligibility to obtain within two years of hire)
