About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Center for Chaplaincy team through curriculum development, program compliance, and student development
- Develop, review, and revise LCPE curriculum aligned with ACCC, SCA, and ACPE standards
- Maintain program compliance with chaplain board certifying entities, including data collection and clinical hour tracking
- Build and maintain partnerships with chaplain board certifying entities to gain recognition of CPE units
- Provide oversight for Affiliation Agreements and Contract Administration for all CPE placements
- Serve as an Academic and Professional advisor to all CPE students
- Strategically plan for program growth and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of clinical sites
- Conduct monthly check-ins and reviews with educators
Requirements
- Master of Divinity and a Doctoral Degree from an accredited evangelical seminary
- Certified Educator through ACPE, ICPT, or CPEI
- Board Certification from APC, NAVAC, SCA, or ACCC
- Over 10 years of experience in chaplaincy and spiritual care
