About the Company

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical operations and member care delivery
  • Lead clinical governance initiatives including patient safety, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with radiology, laboratory, and technology leadership to optimize workflows and EMR functionality
  • Lead clinical readiness and operational integration for new sites and program expansions
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, scheduling, and workforce planning for clinical staff
  • Enhance orientation, training, and leadership development programs
  • Conduct operational and resource utilization analyses to drive efficiency
  • Develop and manage staffing budgets and resource allocation strategies

Requirements

  • 10 to 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex clinical operations
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams including physicians, ACPs, and RNs
  • Demonstrated accountability for clinical operations, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience overseeing ambulatory and advanced outpatient care environments preferred
  • Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN) is strongly preferred
