About the Company

ClarityPay is a fast-growing fintech redefining the point-of-sale credit market. Based in NYC and Atlanta, the company empowers large merchants with configurable "Pay-Over-Time" tools, including monthly installments, BNPL, and revolving products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams like Product, Operations, and Legal
• Lead client implementation work plans and manage the transition from Business Development
• Establish and track performance expectations, reporting results to stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze performance and customer experience data to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop growth and success plans to ensure program performance aligns with strategy
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and advocate for clients with internal support teams
• Coordinate and deliver regular client reviews and updates
• Ensure all legal, compliance, and contractual obligations are fulfilled

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in point-of-sale financing, BNPL, or partner lending businesses
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience preparing client business reviews and executive presentations
• Financial acumen regarding lending products and economics
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments

• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making
