About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the retention, growth, and end-to-end relationship management of a significant North American client portfolio.
  • Lead and coach a team of 4–5 Client Success Managers, setting priorities and driving consistent execution.
  • Drive net revenue growth by leading renewals, expansion efforts, and churn mitigation strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence product roadmaps and align solutions with client business objectives.
  • Act as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders.
  • Monitor account health and establish portfolio-level performance metrics to ensure long-term value realization.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or strategy roles.
  • 3-5 years of people management experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in the sports, entertainment, or brand space, ideally within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce CRM.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
