About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee housing and treatment programs to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to funder and accreditation standards
- Lead and mentor the Program Management Team, providing effective clinical supervision and performance management
- Manage program budgets in collaboration with the Business Manager and identify new funding opportunities
- Represent the organization at Mental Health, Addiction, and Housing tables to foster community partnerships
- Develop and review policy and procedure documentation relevant to program operations
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based service delivery through continuous quality improvement and compliance reporting
Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent and membership in a Provincially Regulated College (Social Work or Psychotherapy preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in the Substance Use/Concurrent Disorder sector, specifically in live-in treatment or housing
- 5+ years of experience in team supervision and management
- Clinical supervision certification and management training/certification
- Certifications in trauma-informed services, culturally safe services, and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel to various program sites
- Ability to obtain Protected B Clearance and a vulnerable sector check
