Director of Client Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing and treatment programs to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to funder and accreditation standards
• Lead and mentor the Program Management Team, providing effective clinical supervision and performance management
• Manage program budgets in collaboration with the Business Manager and identify new funding opportunities
• Represent the organization at Mental Health, Addiction, and Housing tables to foster community partnerships
• Develop and review policy and procedure documentation relevant to program operations
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based service delivery through continuous quality improvement and compliance reporting

Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent and membership in a Provincially Regulated College (Social Work or Psychotherapy preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in the Substance Use/Concurrent Disorder sector, specifically in live-in treatment or housing
• 5+ years of experience in team supervision and management
• Clinical supervision certification and management training/certification
• Certifications in trauma-informed services, culturally safe services, and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Valid Driver's license and ability to travel to various program sites
• Ability to obtain Protected B Clearance and a vulnerable sector check
