Director of Client Services Program Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturer program operations and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise and coordinate daily workflows with program directors, managers, and care managers
• Coordinate financial assistance program requirements across appropriate departments
• Monitor and report on daily program activity metrics
• Facilitate data requirements and communication between clients, third parties, and internal departments
• Manage program-specific SOP documentation and assist with CRM update requests
• Present on-demand data and performance insights to the Executive Team
• Establish effective working relationships with all company support departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
• 5-10 years of relevant professional work experience
• Strong knowledge of the Specialty Pharmacy industry and its integration with manufacturers and payors
• Proven ability to manage and track data within complex sales processes
• Experience in financial management, including analysis and reimbursement strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
