Director of Client Services Program Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturer program operations and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise and coordinate daily workflows for program directors, managers, and care managers
• Coordinate financial assistance program requirements across appropriate departments
• Monitor and examine daily metrics and reporting for all program activities
• Facilitate data requirements and communication between clients, third parties, and internal departments
• Manage program-specific SOP documentation and assist with CRM update requests
• Present on-demand data and performance insights to the Executive Team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 5-10 years of relevant professional work experience
• Deep understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy industry and its integration with manufacturers and payors
• Proven ability to manage and track data within complex sales and operational processes
• Strong financial management skills, including analysis and reimbursement strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing healthcare environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
