Director of Client Services

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the account management team to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing gift card program client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Own senior-level client relationships and serve as a primary escalation point for complex service concerns
• Partner with sales, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
• Establish and maintain service standards, processes, and workflows to ensure a best-in-class client experience
• Monitor client health, retention trends, and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities
• Lead client business reviews to highlight value delivered and uncover evolving client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, management, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in client services, account management, or customer success leadership
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and lead through complex service environments
• Strong business acumen with experience managing performance metrics and resource planning
• Proficiency with CRM, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills
