Director of Campus Services

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Facilities function, including policy formulation and long-range goal development
• Manage facility budgeting, purchasing, and real estate for the college
• Drive progress toward carbon-reduction goals by managing energy and climate action plans
• Coordinate major renovation and new construction projects
• Oversee maintenance, custodial, grounds, and motor vehicle fleet operations
• Supervise the Facilities leadership team and provide executive-level direction for over 50 regular employees and student workers
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire codes, and other state and federal requirements
• Participate in key committees including Safety, Land Use, and the Sustainability Council

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in facility management or a related field
• Background in engineering, architecture, project management, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in leadership and managing complex facility operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and G-Suite
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a diverse, inclusive environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check

Preferred Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field
