Requirements

About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for campus engagement and student programming
- Advise the Campus Activities Board and support various student clubs and organizations
- Develop forward-thinking programming and an engaging annual calendar of events
- Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive campus experience that supports student development and belonging
- Represent Rider University in regional and national professional networks, including NACA
- Secure talent and identify emerging trends to strengthen the campus entertainment portfolio
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in campus activities or student engagement
- Proven experience advising student programming boards or student finance boards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract negotiation and event risk management
- Experience overseeing student activity fee allocation processes
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficiency with student club management platforms
