Director of Camps and Enrichment

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a strategic plan to scale summer camps, winter academies, tournaments, and after-school enrichment programs.
• Drive non-tuition revenue by maximizing the utilization of pro-level campus facilities.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams to convert program participants into the school enrollment pipeline.
• Design and coordinate high-end national and international travel programs and cultural exchanges.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a high-energy team of seasonal staff and instructors.
• Manage daily operations, vendor contracts, and international logistics while ensuring strict adherence to child welfare and safeguarding protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation Management, Sports Management, Youth Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in youth program leadership, camp administration, or athletics programming.
• Proven success in managing budgets, scheduling systems, staffing, and operational logistics.
• Experience in residential life within a boarding school, university, or similar residential environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic external partnerships to enhance program resources.
