Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting to ensure a competitive product mix
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to optimize margins and cost structures
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels
• Partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams for cohesive launches
• Lead weekly open-to-buy meetings to ensure financial targets for turn and sell-through are met
• Train, develop, and mentor the buying team
• Develop and maintain profitable partnerships with vendors

Requirements

• 15+ years of Apparel Buying/Merchandising experience
• Minimum 5 years of Buying Management experience, ideally within men's
• BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience with product development preferred
• Ability to adapt to constant change in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Keen eye for design, trends, and color
