About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategies across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People functions
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to improve hiring outcomes
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, capacity models, and hiring roadmaps
- Own and evolve full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through onboarding
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters
- Elevate the employer brand across various talent communities
- Integrate AI and automation into recruiting workflows to increase efficiency
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong experience in business and GTM recruiting
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth environments
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and analytics
- Experience with modern ATS and recruiting technologies like Ashby, Greenhouse, Metaview, Brighthire, Covey, or Gem
