About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategies across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People functions
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to improve hiring outcomes
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, capacity models, and hiring roadmaps
  • Own and evolve full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through onboarding
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters
  • Elevate the employer brand across various talent communities
  • Integrate AI and automation into recruiting workflows to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Strong experience in business and GTM recruiting
  • Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth environments
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and analytics
  • Experience with modern ATS and recruiting technologies like Ashby, Greenhouse, Metaview, Brighthire, Covey, or Gem
