About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the company's operating rhythm, including OKRs, KPIs, quarterly planning, and weekly execution cadences anchored to revenue.
- Drive cross-functional project delivery for launches, expansions, and sales enablement.
- Ensure organizational accountability for revenue-generating departments including Sales, B2B, Partnerships, and the Consumer Mobile App.
- Manage the CEO's strategic agenda, executing high-stakes projects and preparing materials for board meetings and investor updates.
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into pipeline and growth performance.
- Identify and eliminate operational friction and internal barriers to accelerate sales velocity and time-to-revenue.
- Partner with Finance to manage the operating budget, P&L, and resource allocation with a focus on ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning cross-functional execution in a fast-moving, revenue-driven company.
- Strong financial fluency, including P&L management, budget construction, and revenue modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to hold operational teams accountable to revenue outcomes rather than just activity metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting high-stakes memos, decks, and executive correspondence.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in New York City.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20-30%).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent analytical rigor.
- Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or venture-backed environments.
- Prior P&L ownership or General Manager experience with direct revenue responsibility.
- Background in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy.
- Legal background or experience with contracts, governance, and risk management.
