Responsibilities

• Identify where AI can create the most impact across the business and drive adoption
• Own and standardize software stacks and platforms across teams, including AI-first operations
• Build and maintain the operating rhythm and weekly leadership updates
• Automate and optimize supply chain processes for mission-critical hardware
• Design and implement new processes in partnership with Engineering and Operations
• Partner with leadership to execute high-priority cross-functional projects
• Own a quarterly initiative roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including management consulting background
• Proven experience running complex, cross-functional programs independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build processes and systems from scratch
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leadership
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in defense, hardware, or supply chain-heavy industries
• Experience working with Claude, LLM platforms, or building internal automation/agents
• Familiarity with cross-team reporting systems and process design
