Director of Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Leverage deep technical and CPG industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance and support to existing customers
• Partner with product development team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features
• Serve as a primary CPG subject matter expert, translating complex business processes into clear product requirements and user stories
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies
• Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation

Requirements

• 5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods
• Expertise in General Accounting, A/R Accounting, Trade Management, or Trade Optimization
• Exposure to Trade Accounting
• Strong understanding of complex deductions management workflows
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Ability to work onsite at NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
