Director of Business Development

Responsibilities

• Originate and close high-impact partnerships for Moloco Commerce Media across Germany, DACH, and Benelux
• Build and own a pipeline of commerce and retail platforms
• Lead complex deal cycles, including structuring partnerships and managing contract negotiations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams
• Grow secondary industry partners, media agencies, and consultancy firms
• Represent Moloco at industry events and executive forums as a key evangelist

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within AdTech, retail media, e-commerce, or high-growth tech
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and deal targets
• Strong network across commerce, retail, or marketplace companies
• Experience selling enterprise or platform solutions (SaaS, cloud, or media monetization)
• Ability to engage with C-level executives to sell deep technical advertising solutions
• Strong understanding of performance advertising and retail media economics
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Fluency in English (German preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling partnerships for machine learning-driven products
• Prior experience launching or growing retail media or ads monetization businesses
