About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Flow’s enterprise sales strategy, driving large-scale housing, office space, and partnership opportunities across corporate, relocation, and event markets.
- Hunt, cultivate, and close strategic partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate housing providers, online travel agencies, event groups, and relocation companies.
- Develop and execute go-to-market expansion plans, revenue strategies, and account segmentation frameworks.
- Oversee deal structuring, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions to ensure long-term value.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue management to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Establish and manage performance metrics, reporting, and forecasting processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador to key enterprise clients, ensuring world-class service and sustained relationship growth.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management within the hospitality, real estate, or travel sectors.
- Proven success leading sales teams and driving multi-million-dollar B2B revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale new business verticals or markets from early-stage development to sustained growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Deep understanding of sales pipeline management, enterprise deal cycles, and performance forecasting.
- Highly organized and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
