Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new Corporate Work Study Program partnerships
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies across key industries
• Build relationships with executives, business owners, and community leaders
• Present the Corporate Work Study Program through meetings, presentations, and events
• Advance prospective partners through the full relationship development cycle
• Represent the school at networking events, business forums, and chamber meetings
• Maintain accurate prospect and partnership data within CRM systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, fundraising, or high-level sales
• Proven record of generating and closing new business or partnership revenue
• Established relationships with Orange County business leaders and corporate executives
• Strong oral presentation and executive communication skills
• Experience managing pipelines and CRM systems
• Alignment with the mission of Cristo Rey and Catholic values
