Director of Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, information technology, and reception services to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives and manage the annual budget for the ministry unit
• Provide accurate financial information and analysis to the Executive Director and leadership team
• Support IT infrastructure planning to align technology strategies with organizational goals
• Manage and develop a team of 5-7 direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance with organizational policies and legislation
• Manage operating agreements, funding contracts, leases, and strategic partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in Business Administration, Finance, or Property Management
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong financial analysis, budget management, and reporting skills
• Experience aligning IT strategies with business needs
• Ability to provide a satisfactory background check, including a Child Check if applicable
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and team management skills
