About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for launching insurance programs with brokerage partners
  • Leverage and expand your network of brokerages to generate new partnership opportunities
  • Work directly with the underwriting team to structure programs and drive premium growth
  • Manage pipeline in the CRM with rigorous, up-to-date records and clean sales reporting
  • Shape go-to-market strategy and help scale distribution partnerships

Requirements

  • 4+ years in commercial insurance, ideally as a producer or broker
  • Experience in retail or wholesale brokerage
  • P&C experience preferred
  • Proven track record of generating opportunities and building relationships
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed mindset
  • Comfortable with the pace of an early-stage startup
