Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year brand strategy to increase equity and market share
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor positioning to build distinctive brand narratives
• Modernize and govern brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns
• Direct technical talent (AI Brand Architect) to build and fine-tune AI models and agents
• Translate brand guidelines into programmatic rules for generative AI applications
• Design upskilling programs for marketing teams on AI prompting and co-creation
• Oversee brand operations, including budget optimization and global brand education

Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience
• 5+ years leading brand strategy and large-scale multi-channel campaigns
• Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering
• Proven track record of developing talent and managing cross-functional teams
• High degree of technical acumen and creativity
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Experience with Wrike and Canva
