About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of the meeting & Banquet department
- Deliver high levels of client and guest experience
- Proactively improve guest satisfaction and resolve problems
- Develop and implement plans to achieve meeting & banquet initiatives and hotel targets
- Lead and manage the meeting & banquet team to foster growth and performance
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Establish and deliver programmes to advance sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements
