About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of the meeting & Banquet department
  • Deliver high levels of client and guest experience
  • Proactively improve guest satisfaction and resolve problems
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve meeting & banquet initiatives and hotel targets
  • Lead and manage the meeting & banquet team to foster growth and performance
  • Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Establish and deliver programmes to advance sales and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements
