About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and onboard global manufacturing partners and factories
- Lead pricing, terms, and capacity negotiations with domestic and international partners
- Manage seasonal and in-season demand planning and unit-level forecasting
- Oversee logistics workflows including warehousing, inventory transfers, and outbound fulfillment
- Monitor inventory health and manage rebalancing, liquidation, or reinvestment strategies
- Partner with Finance to align sourcing costs and demand planning with revenue targets
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure alignment with forecasted demand and delivery windows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in operations, demand planning, or supply chain within apparel or retail
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong data fluency with expertise in Excel
- Familiarity with ERP and planning systems like NetSuite
- Deep understanding of seasonal apparel production calendars and lead times
