Director of Analytics

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and senior leadership to define product and growth strategy for the Send portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Engineering, Design, and Research to implement data-driven strategies.
• Define and track OKRs and KPIs, communicating progress through regular updates and quarterly planning.
• Drive the development of automated data pipelines and BI tooling to enable data self-serve capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-team analytics projects to achieve strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytical roles with strong SQL and Python skills.
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing analytics teams, including performance management.
• Proven experience in strategic ownership and implementing strategy across broad business areas.
• Experience delivering high-quality data products using tools such as Airflow, dbt, and Looker.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment.
