Director of Analytics, Video and Administration

Responsibilities

• Manage all video-related functions, including filming, editing, organizing, and distributing practice, game, recruiting, and player development content.
• Maintain comprehensive digital video and analytics databases.
• Assist coaching staff with opponent scouting, personnel evaluations, and game preparation materials.
• Provide advanced statistical reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate practice logistics and support official visits.
• Assist with student-athlete welfare initiatives and serve as a liaison with compliance and ticketing operations.
• Manage day-to-day program needs for Men's Basketball.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with computers and digital tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of NCAA and Big Ten rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working at the NCAA level.
• Experience using specialized software such as Synergy, Sportscode, Team Works, Adobe products, and/or Microsoft products.
