Director of Analytics Engineering

About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. We provide a continuum of care for patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility through programs like remote patient monitoring and behavioral health management.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and expand the analytics data warehouse infrastructure
• Lead AI-augmented engineering adoption, including LLM coding assistants and agentic QA
• Own data accuracy and reconciliation by building validation and monitoring infrastructure
• Partner with analytics leads to ensure infrastructure meets reporting requirements
• Lead large-scale analytics platform and web app implementation and maintenance
• Collaborate with IT and Engineering on tooling standards and security requirements

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics infrastructure and production data pipelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, Data Factory, DevOps, Databricks)
• Expert T-SQL and proficiency in Python
• Experience designing unified data models across heterogeneous systems
• Demonstrated experience in validation, reconciliation, and audit framework design
• Familiarity with Medicare claims (CCLF, DPC, BCDA) or risk-based contracting
• Track record using LLM-based tools to accelerate data engineering
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and schema-migration tooling
