Responsibilities

• Define and lead company-wide analytics strategy, including measurement frameworks and experimentation practices
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product analysts
• Define and monitor core product KPIs including activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value
• Lead deep-dive analyses of user behavior and customer journeys to uncover growth opportunities
• Establish and scale experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing design
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Engineering to shape product roadmaps
• Build dashboards and self-serve analytics to enable stakeholder decision-making
• Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen metric definitions and data models

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or quantitative analytics
• 3–5+ years of experience leading analytics teams
• Master’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field
• Advanced SQL and strong Python or similar analytical programming skills
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong experience with product metrics, experimentation, and growth analytics
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, and dbt
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
