Director of AI Engineering

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent features and autonomous workflows to enhance user experiences
• Work with large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools to develop next-generation interfaces
• Build robust orchestration and automation workflows integrating multi-agent capabilities
• Develop and maintain pipelines for training, benchmarking, validating, and deploying LLMs and autonomous agents
• Build and optimize intelligent tools and automation systems to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Ensure software quality through clean, maintainable, and optimized code
• Provide technical leadership on AI integration, process design, and lifecycle management
• Drive adoption of AI solutions through collaboration and thought leadership
• Use big data analytics with Agentic AI systems to create actionable insights
• Present insights and outcomes to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in AI, automation, or advanced technology roles
• Experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration and tool integration
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries
• Hands-on experience with MCP and prompt engineering
• Understanding of AI deployment and monitoring in enterprise environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms
