Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the After School program including budget, registration, and program development
- Provide day-to-day leadership for After School leaders, including recruiting, hiring, and developing staff
- Ensure program safety and compliance with organizational and licensing standards
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners such as local churches, schools, and universities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in organizational leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven group leadership skills and understanding of group dynamics
- Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, recruitment, and budget management
