Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the After School program including budget, registration, and program development
• Provide day-to-day leadership for After School leaders, including recruiting, hiring, and developing staff
• Ensure program safety and compliance with organizational and licensing standards
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners such as local churches, schools, and universities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in organizational leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven group leadership skills and understanding of group dynamics
• Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, recruitment, and budget management
