Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive undergraduate and graduate recruitment and admissions strategies for Falk College.
• Oversee the full admissions cycle, including inquiry management, application review, and holistic evaluation.
• Manage high-impact recruitment activities such as college fairs, information sessions, campus tours, and open houses.
• Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Slate) and enrollment dashboards to monitor pipelines, forecast yields, and deliver actionable reports to leadership.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications to develop digital campaigns, social media strategies, and compelling marketing materials.
• Hire, train, and mentor the admissions staff and student ambassador programs.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students, families, alumni, and school counselors to drive enrollment.
• Collaborate with faculty, financial aid, and central university units to support student transitions and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in college admissions or enrollment management.
• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Slate.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel during peak recruitment seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion, or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enrollment targets through data-driven decision-making.
