Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Lead student recruitment efforts by developing and implementing comprehensive undergraduate recruitment plans.
• Supervise professional and student staff, including admissions counselors and office management.
• Manage the departmental budget and utilize data-driven strategies to evaluate market position and trends.
• Oversee the administration of prospective and admitted student software systems and CRM technologies.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders, including athletics, academic departments, and student life, to achieve enrollment goals.
• Ensure efficient application processing by developing and administering admission policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with K-12 institutions, community organizations, and alumni.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least five years of experience in a college or university admissions office.
• At least three years of experience at the Associate Director or Director level.
• Proven track record of successful enrollment goal achievement and team leadership.
• Proficiency with CRM technologies and student information systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
• Experience in graphic design and promotional activities.
