Director of ACCS Technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the ACCS technologies engineering team to architect and deliver the human interface and experience layer for AI PCs and connected devices
• Drive the research, development, and integration of new Audio, Camera, Communications, and Sensing technologies into product design
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps to achieve best-in-class user experiences with HP devices
• Collaborate with product management, technical centers, and sales teams to translate market needs into engineering requirements
• Manage the engineering project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to support the professional growth of team members
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and research institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or an equivalent field
• 10+ years of related professional work experience
• 10+ years of global people management experience
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering innovative products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Business Development, Customer-facing, or Engineering organizations
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their application in product development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
