Responsibilities

• Assume global responsibilities for the accounting function
• Manage financial statement preparation, accounting process and policy refinement, and management reporting
• Oversee tax and transfer pricing disciplines
• Manage the transition from a private company to a public SEC-reporting organization
• Develop teams and recruit top talent while thinking strategically about organizational growth
• Translate technical accounting details for business stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Big-4 or other large, multi-national firm
• Broad experience with private and public company financial statement preparation
• Depth of experience in business process engineering, process automation, and internal controls
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with AI tools and technologies
• Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Active CPA license
